Rick went above and beyond my expectations. Before I decide to go with Rick I went through 2 other relators and 3 other brokers before he got me in contact with the right broker that helped me along the way. Even though there were times when I didn't think I was going to find a home Rick assured me that he would be able to find a home that fits my needs and he did. I closed on 5/30/14 and am very happy in my new home, he was able to get me a good deal and a few extra things that I didn't even know I could get. So if you truly want a realtor that'll work for you and do everything in his power to find a home that works for you then Rick Shaffer is defiantly your man.

Shane is a great realtor that is very familiar with the York area. He keeps the communication open during the whole process and showed me lots of properties until I found the perfect home. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Rick took such good care of my fianc? and I. We were completely new to the home buying process and were nervous to begin it. Rick made the process fun and as stress free as possible. Rick is truly a patient person. We started working with Rick in finding a home in the Spring of 2013. He took on us to see many homes, thoroughly explaining things within each one that we needed to look for and point out potential problems. He always had our best interest at heart and always happy to show us the next home as we tried to find the "right one" . After 1 year we found it!
