Rick was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us through our first time buying a house and we had tons of questions he was also kind and didn't push us into any situation we didn't want to be in and he was all around a very nice guy and someone you can trust

Rick is very good at his job, and his genuine, down to earth personality puts prospective buyers and sellers at ease during a sometimes difficult and stressful process. I used Rick, by coincidence, when I purchased my first home 11 years ago. When it was time to sell my home, I chose Rick to help me with that process. In both cases, the process was easy for me thanks to Rick's expertise. Rick's knowledge of the area, neighborhoods and real estate process are invaluable. He also has a large number of contractors he has worked with over the years to make any additional improvements or repairs before closing. I would recommend anyone considering a real estate transaction in the York, PA area to contact Rick if they want an honest person that looks out for your interests over his own.
