Working with Rick was absolutely wonderful! He helped my fianc? and I buy our dream home and he stuck with us through some rough properties to get there. He was extremely knowledgeable helping us understand the home buying process as first time buyers and what to look for in different properties to make sure it was a safe and a sound investment for us. Not only did he get us through the buying process with ease he got us linked up with everything else we needed mortgage, home insurance, inspection, appraisal, utility contacts and repairman. I would highly recommend Rick to seasoned and first time home buyers!
