Our experience with Rick as our relocation buying agent was nothing less than extraordinary. He went above and beyond during the entire process, from welcoming our entire family including 4 small children on house-hunting trips, to coordinating last-minute showings, appraisals, inspecitions, contractors and settlement. He made himself available 24/7 and was always extremely prompt with all of our requests. I was very fortunate to have Rick as my agent. By an accidental meeting he answered so many questions for me. Following the sudden death of my daughter I was raising 3 grandchildren.
