My Wife an Is first time shopping an buying a house. Austin was absoutelutly FANTASTIC. He was not pushy an extremely helpful. All in all from the time we first came in to contact with him, until we closed on our first home. It was right around seven months. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but at the same time not over bearing. He will do your individual search, and on the side will you keep updated daily on new an changing listings. I'm not sure our experience could have been any better. The next time in our lives we plan to buy we will most certainly look him up first!

Rick is very good at his job, and his genuine, down to earth personality puts prospective buyers and sellers at ease during a sometimes difficult and stressful process. I used Rick, by coincidence, when I purchased my first home 11 years ago. When it was time to sell my home, I chose Rick to help me with that process. In both cases, the process was easy for me thanks to Rick's expertise. Rick's knowledge of the area, neighborhoods and real estate process are invaluable. He also has a large number of contractors he has worked with over the years to make any additional improvements or repairs before closing. I would recommend anyone considering a real estate transaction in the York, PA area to contact Rick if they want an honest person that looks out for your interests over his own.
