Rich is an exceptional agent. He is knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated. Rich went above and beyond his job as a real estate agent; he was more like a family member with our best interests at heart. He took us to the city officials to whom we had presented information to get our water, sewer, and refuse changed to our names. Rich was also very knowledgeable about the mortgage process and what to expect. He also advocated for us with gentle firmness during the negotiation process. Above all, Rich guided us exceptionally well in purchasing our first home.
