Being a first-time homebuyer, I did not quite know what to expect from the currently competitive real estate market. Thankfully, I had been referred to Rick when I was originally in the process of looking into building a home. Rick was extremely adaptive when my needs changed from looking at parcels of land for sale to looking at existing homes located in certain areas within a defined price range, even setting me up with access to a database his team offers that searched listings matching my search criteria in order to ensure that I was aware of listings as soon as possible in this competitive market! Rick was very accommodating in working with me to set up showings of properties I wished to see, and was always responsive to any questions or concerns I had, whether it be over the phone or through text and email. When it had come down to the home that I knew was meant to be the one, Rick worked right alongside me to get a viewing scheduled even though he happened to be out of town and we were already facing stiff competition on the home after it had only been listed for 16 hours. Rick was able to work with his son Austin, whom is part of the team, to allow me to view the property, and then they both worked together with me to put together an offer on the property. During this tight window of time, Rick gave me full attention and was able to get everything together in time to submit an offer, as well as provide me with every tip and pointer possible to help me craft my best and most competitive offer. Because of the hard work Rick and his team did on my behalf, my offer was accepted, beating three other well written offers on the property! From the time of my offer being accepted through to my closing, Rick and his team worked to make sure everything that needed to be addressed was explained to me and made me feel like I could take everything step by step; simply put, the process was clear, stress free, and I felt truly prepared! On the day of my closing, Rick made sure I was able to do my final walk through of the property and have a chance to discuss any questions about the property with the sellers, and the execution of settlement itself was absolutely perfect; everything was prepared, organized, and completed within an hour! Simply put, the amount of attention, support, and respect that you get working with Rick and his team is priceless, and there is not one thing that I would change about my experience I had through this whole process.
