It was great working with Rick in buying our first home. He was extremely patient with us when we were shopping around and always made time for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I really wish we weren't making this purchase our last residence. Rick was such a joy to work with from the the very first showing right through settlement. I would highly recommend him for his diligence, work ethic and honesty. Rick was very upfront about everything and didn't mind answering any questions we had. We joked that we may have to call him up to show us some houses just to enjoy his company again. If you don't use Rick, you'll be missing out on a superior agent and home buying/selling experience
