Alexis was absolutely fantastic! She helped us when we first started looking in Hershey and even followed us out to Chambersburg! When we were having issues with our previous loan provider, she took the initiative to set us up with their in house mortgage servicer to make sure we had a back up if need be. She walked us through the whole process for every house and gave us a file about the surrounding area. She answered every question we had to the absolute best of her ability and most importantly she made it a fun experience!!

Travis was fantastic he was always opening up his availability for us to go look at homes or finding another agent if he was not available to help us when needed. When we were interested in a house he always found out as much information as possible about the home and let us know when there were offers and how many offers there were on the property. Travis earned our trust and respect by giving us information and things to look out for when buying and looking at homes In addition to helping us after the closing date with anything we needed! Travis also helped us by continuing to encourage us not to give up in the process when things got to be discouraging & showed kindness and thoughtfulness by giving us small gifts like cupcakes during valentines day and pies during thanksgiving. I appreciate everything you have done for Jake and I and my family! Thank you for being a part of this big step in our lives we are so grateful & congratulations to you on selling another home and pray that it will get easier to sell many more!
