Rick Shaffer and his team are absolutely amazing!! I had a great experience working with Rick and he helped me find my dream home. We went to many many different townhouses before he found one for me that was just being put on the market. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the entire home buying process as this was my first home. Highly recommend!!

Austin was helpful, detail oriented, honest, and genuine from the beginning. He was never too far away or too busy to respond questions by text. He was also always willing to go see a home even during our pre-qualification stage. Austin often checked in with us just to see how we were doing way before we were ever ready to buy a home. During the settlement process he checked in at every turn and followed through immediately with any concerns. He was truly there every step of the way. From the bottom of my heart, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. <3

Rick was our agent when we purchased our first home in 2014, and was the only person who came to mind when we decided to look for a farmhouse 4 years later. Rick was superb to communicate with via phone and text message, and utilized an online document system to make e-signing documents super easy for our wacky schedules. Rick is knowledgeable about local areas and real estate of all kinds, and talked us through any question we had at whatever time of day I thought to text him. We also appreciated that Rick was so quick to go to bat for us and draft an immediate offer for us when we found the one. Interacting with Rick's assistant was also a delight. Nothing but positive things to say, what a seamless transaction. I would DEFINITELY recommend Rick Shaffer and team to anyone thinking about purchasing a new home!
