My fiance and I were very picky and rather difficult to deal with I am sure however Rich stuck with us through the entire process including some ups and downs with the home we ended up purchasing. Rick went above and beyond my expectations. Before I decide to go with Rick I went through 2 other relators and 3 other brokers before he got me in contact with the right broker that helped me along the way. Even though there were times when I didn't think I was going to find a home Rick assured me that he would be able to find a home that fits my needs and he did. I closed on 5/30/14 and am very happy in my new home, he was able to get me a good deal and a few extra things that I didn't even know I could get. So if you truly want a realtor that'll work for you and do everything in his power to find a home that works for you then Rick Shaffer is defiantly your man.
