My Wife and I met Austin at an Open House. We really weren't in the market to buy a house, but we stopped at a couple open houses to see what was available. After meeting Austin we both had a great feeling about him. It's hard to explain, but he just clicked with us. He is very professional, friendly, and helpful. He is not pushy at all. He is exactly what we both wanted from a realtor. He took his time over the next couple of weeks to show us a few places, until we found the one we wanted. He explained everything in detail and also recommended Bill Coyne with Homesale Mortgage for our financing options. Everyone from Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices is on point! They walked us through the entire process and helped us with each step along our journey. They stood by us from the beginning to the end! Mike was very easy to work with. I work chaotic hours and he worked around them to be in pretty much constant communication. It was my first home purchase and he made sure I was always clear on what was happening next and what my responsibilities were. And so thoughtful-- brought me bagels to work after I signed to congratulate me! 10/10 would recommend.
