Rich was continually available to us through the process of buying our townhouse. He went the extra mile numerous times. He's a person one can trust! As to 3 stars for local knowledge, Rich's normal territory is York County, not Lancaster County. We had a calendar from him for quite a while, and we needed a knowledgeable person to see us through this process.

Rich Vangel is the best! He never gave up in his efforts to find a buyer for my mother's home after she passed away. It was indeed a real challenge for all involved but he kept moving forward with his expert knowledge of real estate and his heartfelt interest in the needs of our family so we could move ahead and find closure! He is the absolute best and I refer to him as our Angel with a V for victory. (Vangel).

What a great experience! We were able to tell Rick what we wanted and he took it from there. He led the way when we asked him to, and he left us lead the way when we felt the need to. He was so kind to joyfully include our kiddos in the process of moving, which made our move even more enjoyable! We were impressed at the detail and experience Rick brought to the situation! There were no surprises along the way and settlement couldn't have gone any smoother! Rick and his team were truly a joy to work with! We would refer him to anyone at any time!

Austin was great in our home buying experience. We had some tight parameters to work with, and with out his knowledge and guidance we couldn't have purchased.
