Working with Rick was truly a great experience. Based on his advice we sold our house in 4 days. Listed on a Friday afternoon and we were under contract with multiple offers by Tuesday. Couldn't ask for a more perfect experience. We would highly recommend Rick for all real estate buying and selling needs.

Rick and Travis helped me in the locating and showings of several homes when I was searching for homes. I found a home in May of 2015 and was able to move into it in June 15th 2015. Rick did make some recomendations as to inspections and warrenty contracts that helped resolve some uncertaincies prior to the settlement which helped . Rick had listed my home at 85 Fern Dr. the same day and presented a open house three weeks later. We discovered that several corrections needed done to market this house with ease. I did make corrections . The competition at this location conflicted with the original listed price so we had reduced it to sell. The house did finally sell in December 2015 for less than originally listed but I appreciate the guidance through this whole process. Thank you Rick and Travis Norman.

Rick knows the market. He was always considerate of my wants & needs which turned out to be unrealistic for the current market situation & my unique home. It took time to find the right buyer at a lower price then hoped for. Rick made himself available when ever needed to assist with anything that came up.

Rick Shaffer was by far the best realtor we ever worked with. He has a wealth of knowledge of the area, and is an incredible library of knowledge of houses, their potential problems, and the fixes for those problems. He has his finger on the pulse of the market, and was always right on the mark with his estimates. We had never bought a home before, and Rick guided myself and my wife through the process, and put us right at ease. After a couple of years of searching in various areas between MD, VA, and PA and also working with various realtors in other areas, we finally got to work with Rick. He found our perfect home in a great area, and was able to make everything work to get us into it. Don't take a chance on another realtor, work with Rick who is in my opinion the best in the business.

Rick went above and beyond in all that he did. Buying my home was a very tense time for me and I felt much more secure in knowing that I had Rick on my side. He was very genuine, honest, and helpful, as this is my first home and I had no clue. None of my questions were treated as silly and he always took the time to make sure that I was getting all the information, even that which I didn't know I needed. I would with out-a-doubt, hands down recommend Rick as a realtor. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of real-estate and has no issues sharing that information. Seriously, all around good guy.

Rick was there for us every step of the way. The man does not stop working. He made time for us whenever we needed him. Rick made home buying fun, which it should be. We were always confident Rick would find us our dream house and he did. I didn't know Rick before choosing him as my realtor. After everything he has done for our family, I now consider him a friend. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was especially good with our daughter which we brought to every showing. Rick is a family man and a great contributor to our community!

Rich was a great agent! He let us contact him pretty much at any time by email/phone/text. He kept us pretty updated on the whole process. Never once did he lie to us or try to pull the wool over our eyes. The only negative thing about Rich is that he didn't really negotiate too much for us. In the end I can kind of understand his reasoning behind it (he realized the buyers were going to have to put a lot more money into the house) but it still would have been nice to see more negotiation. Overall I would recommend him to anyone!
