Rick Shaffer Real Estate is the best real estate agency I've ever worked with! Rick's experience and professionalism made the process go smoothly and he was always available to discuss and explain situations that arose with the transaction. I will definitely call the Rick Shaffer Team for my next real estate transaction! Thanks Rick!

Rick and his team are the kindest and most helpful realtors i have ever met! I was a first time home buying and Rick was sure to clue me in on things i wouldn't have known without his guidance, and he was patient with any questions i had. I think anyone would be lucky to have Rick on their side with first time home buying, buying in general, and i'm sure he is excellent in sales too. Truly a great experience, and in the future i will absolutely look for him again!

Rick and his team are very dedicated to the success of the buyer. My wife and I felt very well taken care of and would heartily recommend Rick to anyone who wants to find the hose of their dreams. Rick made us feel like we were his primary focus. He would be available for conversations and viewings at all times of the day or night. He is a fantastic realtor and a credit to the York area!

I called Rick to handle the sale of my dads house for me and my sister. He gave us phone numbers for people who could help with all the details of moving things out of it. Once that was done he sent a photographer, it was online the next day and sold 5 days later. Rick and his team are the best!!

We have now used Rick and his team for both buying and selling a home. I'm not sure how we could be more satisfied. He is very experienced and extremely professional and makes a genuine effort to make sure your time and effort is valued. He's very detail oriented and keeps great communication. We have bought and sold several properties (including business relocations), and I'm not sure I've had a realtor who I've been more comfortable with. I would most definitely use him again.
