Rick Shaffer was a Blessing to us in the sale of our home of 20 years, as well as, the purchase of our forever home. He guided us every step of the way, included us in every decision, took our opinions seriously, & made himself accessible to answer our questions, (Even while on his much-needed vacation!). He advised us on prepping our home for sale, (which sold on the 1st day of showing), he was a tremendous help with all the paperwork, he was by our side at closing, he directed us to a reputable company from whom we purchased our forever home, & has kept in touch with us since. We weren't just another "sale" to him, because he has made us feel as if we are part of his family...a rarity in the realty business! We would HIGHLY recommend Rick Shaffer to anyone thinking of selling/ buying a home, as he is absolutely THE BEST OF THE BEST! Ron & Carla Evans

Rick and I have worked together several times this year. He works tirelessly for his clients to make sure they have a steady guiding hand during the homebuying process. Highly recommend!

Travis and I recently worked with mutual clients. I was the lender for some buyers where he represented them on the real estate side. Travis does a tremendous job communicating to all parties. He worked hard to get these clients under contract in a difficult market and expertly navigated some negotiations from the Listing Agent. A pleasure to work with!
