Rich Vangel is the best! He never gave up in his efforts to find a buyer for my mother's home after she passed away. It was indeed a real challenge for all involved but he kept moving forward with his expert knowledge of real estate and his heartfelt interest in the needs of our family so we could move ahead and find closure! Rich is extremely easy to work with and worked hard to meet our demanding schedules. He set us up with the tools necessary to search/review the properties we had interest in at our leisure and he understands the various markets well. No pressure selling with him either. Rich was continually available to us through the process of buying our townhouse. He went the extra mile numerous times. He's a person one can trust! As to 3 stars for local knowledge, Rich's normal territory is York County, not Lancaster County. We had a calendar from him for quite a while, and we needed a knowledgeable person to see us through this process.
