Working with Rick was absolutely wonderful! He helped my fiance and I buy our dream home and he stuck with us through some rough properties to get there. He was extremely knowledgeable helping us understand the home buying process as first time buyers and what to look for in different properties to make sure it was a safe and a sound investment for us. Not only did he get us through the buying process with ease he got us linked up with everything else we needed mortgage, home insurance, inspection, appraisal, utility contacts and repairman. I would highly recommend Rick to seasoned and first time home buyers!

Austin was my agent and he was incredible from the first time we met him all the way through closing! The market today is tough and Austin did everything he could and made every recommendation possible to try and give us even a slight edge as every house we made offers on ended up in a bit of a bidding war. He's extremely personable, professional and down to earth. He's always there to answer questions even after we closed. I'll be recommending him to folks in the future.

First off let me just say Mr. Shaffer is extremely knowledgeable and has been doing this for a while and you can tell by the way he knows the process of selling a house inside out. He made us feel very comfortable and was very honest also he sold our house in less then a week which is amazing especially for people have never sold a home before and was a little uncomfortable with people constantly coming in going, But to our surprise we only had 2 people visit before a offer was made Which was phenomenal. The whole process was good and we are very thankful for him helping us out. When we buy another home you better believe he will be the first person we go too. Thank you Mr. Shaffer!!

Rick Shaffer and his team recently helped us to sell two homes, my mother's and another property we owned. In the past, he also helped us to purchase two homes. Travis guided us through our home building process starting in March of 2020 and ending in December 2020. My husband and I had the best experience working with Travis as our realtor. Travis is knowledgeable about the area, had great advice during our home building process, and worked at lightening speed when getting back to us with any questions that we had. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to build or purchase a new home.
