Buyer would need to get permits to see if two houses will be allowed and what needs to be done. No septic approval for the second house so most likely will need to get approval and need a new septic if the township allows. The back building is not permitted or allowed and has been this way for 20 years. The Township is aware and said that new permits have to be pulled and will not issue a use and occupancy until this is rectified.
